The carpet can re-soil faster when it is wet.

It is best to stay off the carpet as much as you can until it is dry. If you need to be on the carpet, we do not recommend putting any towel or plastic down as this prolongs the dry time, we recommend being in a clean pair of socks.

Generally, it will take us between 15-30 minutes per room depending on the amount of furniture how soiled the flooring is.

The bubbles or ripples will go away as the carpet dries.

The carpet will go back to what it looked like prior to cleaning. This is usually a sign the carpet is loose and needs to be re-stretched. If the carpet does not go back to what it looked like prior to cleaning please contact us.

We recommend keeping your pets in a cage or room, we will have the door to the house cracked open with our hoses coming in. Keep in mind not all pets like the sounds of a vacuum or strangers in their house, so please prepare.

Protection can help your carpet and upholstery resist oils and soils and give you longevity out of your floors and upholstery. We can apply a specially formulated protector to your carpet and upholstery. The protection will give you more time to clean up any spots or spills before setting in as a stain.

We use an enzyme deodorizer.

Any enzyme is a natural bacteria that will help digest organic odors. The enzyme must come in contact with the source to remove the odor. If the source is in the backing of the carpet or pad, we cannot guarantee complete odor removal.

We spray a specific cleaner depending on the situation, we agitate the tiles and grout lines with a counter rotating brush machine.

Lastly, we use high pressure hot water, while the oils and soils are being vacuumed up. This leaves the tile mostly dry and can be walked on immediately after we are finished. The grout lines may take up to 2-4 hours to completely dry and get the true color of them.

Grout is a porous material, without proper maintenance oils and soils will become so embedded it will be impossible to completely revive.

Routine cleaning will give your floor a longer life span, while keeping it clean and fresh.

Grout is a porous material, meaning it accepts oils and soils. Sealing the grout lines helps build a seal over the pores in the grout.

This provides you time to clean up before it creates a stain. Sealer will wear off with normal wear and professional cleanings. It is a good maintenance routine to reapply the sealer after professionally cleaning the tile and grout.

We use a clear seal.

It will not leave a sheen or shine, it will not alter the color of your grout, and it will leave an invisible layer of protection on your grout lines.

Upholstery generally takes between 3-5 hours to dry.

This depends on the amount of air moving in the room. The more air moving the faster the upholstery will dry.

All manufactures are required to recommend a cleaning method on their tag, even though it may not be the most effective method.
